Webmail can be a useful tool for accessing your mailbox from a web browser if you are away from your usual computer/phone access. We only recommend webmail for temporary use – it is not ideal for daily mailbox activity. If you are looking to setup your email account for daily use in a mail program, the following article has the settings.
Unless your domain has a custom DNS setup, webmail will generally be accessible by one of the following URLs:
https://YOUR-DOMAIN-HERE/webmail
https://webmail.YOUR-DOMAIN-HERE/
If you have tried your domain in those two URLs and are not seeing cPanel’s webmail login screen then please contact support.
